Our food shelves at Waite House and Brian Coyle Center are offering pre-packed pantry bags, while take-out meals are available at our community cafés at Waite House and Oak Park Center. Locations and hours remain the same.  Our food programs are open to all, with no income or ZIP code restrictions. First-time food shelf visitors will be asked to complete a short registration.

This information is also available in Spanish, Somali, and Oromo on our Facebook page.        In Cedar Riverside, food deliveries are available for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and other high-risk groups. We are able to deliver pre-packaged pantry bags, as well as meals from select local restaurants. If you live in Cedar Riverside and need help accessing food resources, call 612-458-6921.

Oak Park Center: Tuesdays-Thursdays, 4-6 pm -377-7000      

Waite House Community Center: Mondays-Thursdays, 11 am – 12:30 pm

The Sheridan Story – is giving away bags of food at at 26 YMCA locations  around the city. Beginning March 25, families can stop by the front doors at designated Y sites and pick up a free bag of food. YMCA membership is not required. Supplies are limited. Please practice social distancing when picking up food.    Additionally, we have partnered with the YMCA to make our food bags are available at 26 branches in Twin Cities, Rochester, and Hudson.
